Knol Roll

The network for Google Knol Authors to collaborate, learn, and share...

...that is the question. My apologies to the Bard. :-)

I know that Google Knol is a work in progress and I know that a lot will depend on subject area, but how many Knols do you guys think is a good minimum number for a writer to shoot for to reach expert status and to have a solid positioning in place for Adsense? 50 articles? 100? 200? I'm talking about an author who can potentially focus on one subject area and build a library of knowledge on Knol. For those of you who have Squidoo lenses, what is the commonly-accepted benchmark over there?

It depends how you split up your subject matter.

I think that more than around 20-30 Knols might make you look spammy, but if the quality is good - sky's the limit!
