And since that time I never had any information that Google Knol is easy to use for the authors and meets their expectations.
So I limit my Knol "activities" to rare visits to this network, to know if something new happened.

I tend to look at the other side of the coin with my investigations, but perhaps, for knol publications, I will need more serious editing to smooth it out for the general public. Naturally, looking on the other side of the coin is often the unpopular side of the general public and/or media opinion.
